They dont work well in turn. are you talking about just in the rear? Surely from Mother Chapter runs a car tire on his rear.

Heard great reports on them on the HD forums, for bikes 09 and up,,,,,,,,35 to 40,000 miles a tire sounds good doesnt it.

Been a long time ago, but I use to use Volkswagen tires. For some reason they were kinda rounder across the bottom so they wernt quite as funky in the curves as a regular car tires. (and cheaper) but they were really hard, wich is why they lasted so long, but they had almost no grip at all so any kind of rain or sharp curve and you were done.

I know motorcycle tires are a huge ripoff, but I ride my bike hard and I'm getting too old to slide down the pavement just for the sake of saving a few bucks.

There is a guy in Logan that rides a Victory and swears by his car tire.
